In 2002 we bought our first buy-to-let property and Dilenardo Properties was born.
During the early years, we like many people starting a new venture had teething problems and quickly became aware of how NOT to run a property business!
Learning from our own mistakes and attending a lot of courses and seminars we discovered other landlords and tenants had encountered similar problems.
The most common problem that landlords mentioned again and again was finding the time, in an already busy schedule to chase rents, find the right tenants find the right contractors and complete all the necessary paperwork – legal or otherwise.
Tenants often told us they felt landlords were to busy and didn't listen to them .
Dilenardo Properties has built up an experienced friendly team, who are ready to listen and are dedicated to helping tenants and take the pressure off the landlords.
We have our own in house maintenance team and over the years have built up good relationships with outside qualified and dependable tradesmen.
If our maintenance team can’t fix it we know someone who can!
