Tenant Services include:

- A photo inventory on entry and exit with you present.
- Reported repairs dealt with quickly and efficiently
- Deposit held in appropriate scheme
- Tenancy agreement and all legal paperwork
- Copies of up to date safety certificates provided
- Friendly and reliable staff who will use their experience to help.
What we will need from you.
- 1 months rent as a deposit
- 2 x referees
- Photo ID (driving license/ passport)
- Evidence of your current address (Utility bill/ payslip)
- Name and address of guarantor (where applicable)
- One full months rent
*Please note we accept DSS claimants for some properties, however we may require additional guarantees from these tenants.
